How Long Can I Rent a Storage Space?

Rent your unit for as long (or short) as you need!  We offer month-to-month leases and bill in one-month increments.  Our goal is to make your storage experience as simple and easy as possible. We just require a 10 day notice to vacate.

Are My Items Insured While Being Stored At Your Facility?

Insurance for your items is a requirement for Storage 365. Renting a storage unit is similar to renting an apartment.  The same way your landlord doesn't insure your personal belongings, Storage 365 doesn't insure your items either. We recommend you add additional coverage while your vehicle/ items are being stored at our facility. Please note: if you have homeowner's or renter's insurance, your property may be covered, but you should double check with your agent.

Who Has Access to my Storage Space?

The storage space you rent and your items are secured with your own lock and your key - only you can decide who has access to your unit/ items and who doesn't.  Storage 365 policy is to never give anyone who isn't on your rental agreement access. We ask that you do not divulge your gate code with anyone who is not on your storage agreement. We do not want your code to get out and unauthorized access to happen at our facility.

When is my Payment Due?

Your due date will be the 1st of every month. Your first month is prorated to the day you moved in. So if you moved in on the 10th of the month, your initial payment will be prorated for the 10th - the end of the month and then your next bill will be due on the first of the following month. All accounts are required to have credit card payment on file for automatic recurring payments. If your credit card declines there is a "Card Decline" fee added to your account. This fee covers the charges we get from the credit card processing companies for a card declining. If your payment is 5 days late, a late fee will be charged to your account.

Do You Require Notice to Move Out?

Yes, we require a 10 day notice - in writing - before your next billing cycle.
